Coaching is facing a revolution.

The industry is flooded with self-made gurus, red pill mentality, and toxic positivity dressed up as transformation.

So before you invest in anything, let's be honest about what coaching actually is. And what it isn't.

So what is a coach?

The best way I can describe it is as a thinking partner.

The CHA.OS Coaching Journey

In the 21st century, when things are changing faster than any of us can keep up with, the old boxes no longer fit. The best coaches today hold all of these roles and know when to use which one.

Our methodology is built on Situational Leadership: the idea that no single approach works for every person, every moment, every challenge.

So we move through four phases, based on where you actually are.

Stage 1: Orientation

We start by creating safety. There is no benefit to pursuing future goals without first clearing the existing chaos in your routines, environment, and relationships.

Stage 2: Mentoring

Once there's some ground beneath your feet, we start experimenting. You begin to see patterns in your choices and reactions, as you build a growth mindset.

Stage 3: Coaching

This is when we go into the deeper layers of your fears, insecurities, and dreams. This phase requires a neutral mind from your thinking partner. You need to feel heard. Acknowledged. Recognised.

Stage 4: Delegation

Finally, you start leading yourself. Taking ownership of your time, relationships, and direction. The coach steps back because you no longer need them to step forward.

Who is behind this

Most people are navigating chaos quietly. Alone.

Rafael knows that place well.

He has spent over a decade living inside organisational chaos, as Head of HR for multiple startups and as someone who has had the kind of hard conversations most people avoid.

He is a PCC coach with 8+ years of experience working with leaders under pressure, first-time entrepreneurs, and founders scaling their companies.

What he knows for certain is that chaos is rarely the real problem. Facing it alone is.

Rafael doesn't show up as a guru with a formula. He shows up as a thinking partner for the moments that actually matter.
